Gonda Metal joined in the exhibition “The 4th China International Exhibition for Copper Industry” held from 10th through 12th October, 2010 in Shanghai. The purpose of the exhibition is to introduce copper products and copper industry in China to the inside and outside of China widely and to introduce overseas copper products and copper industry to a Chinese market.
This time, Gonda Metal with two (2) Japanese companies in the same industry joined the exhibition as a cooperative exhibitor by arrangement of Japan Copper and Brass Association. Exhibitors were over 90 companies such as manufacturers of copper and brass, refinery, machinery and equipment, and others and the exhibition was large flourishing.
Gonda Metal exhibited our skillful products of brass round rods in φ300㎜×20㎜ height and φ100㎜×200㎜ height, and copper round rods in φ210㎜×20㎜ height and φ100㎜×200㎜ height. Our large diameter rods of φ300㎜ and φ210㎜ were very conspicuous because the maximum diameter of copper round rod at the exhibition was φ100㎜. I told visitors who were interested in our large products that Gonda Metal is not only specialized in large products but also maintaining high quality continuously for the Japanese market needs.
Then many visitors took a interest in our products and our booth rose very much by the question and answer.
Visitors to our booth were not only company from whole China but from many countries and their businesses were various such as electronics, automobile, semiconductor, machine tool, motor, trading company and others. I looked and learnt a part of the copper and brass business in China through that question and answer. Some visitors made me some offers there. I will make the best use of this experience for the business in the future like the development of demand in China.
