Our copper busbars are finished by cold-rolling or cold-drawing the hot-rolled
material or hot extrusions. Silver-bearing copper oxygen-free busbar is
also available in addition to tough pitch copper and oxygen-free copper
busbar. |
Copper Round Rod
Our copper round rods are finished either by cold drawing after hot rolling
or hot extruding or by lathing after hot forging. Our copper round rods
are manufactured in a wide range of sizes, and their dimensional accuracy
is superb. Round rods are also available in silver-bearing copper same
as copper busbar, in addition to tough pitch copper and oxygen-free copper. |

Copper Anode for Plating
 Various anodes are offered for copper plating material. The stable quality
with homogeneous crystal structure can be provided by cold forging for
copper balls and rolling for plates and ovals. Our material provides stable
performance with little sludge generation. |
Brass Round Rod/
Cadmium-less Brass Round Rod
Our brass round rods provide particularly excellent accuracy on the dimension
finished by either cold drawing or lathing, especially we have confidence
in large diameter rods. There are also Cadminon CN series-cadmium-less
brass round rods corresponding to "RoHS Directive" in 2006. This
series has 4 types of material;free cutting brass round rod, forging brass
round rod, navalbrass round rod and high strength brass round rod, and
2 types of cadmium content; 75ppm or less and 100ppm or less. |

Copper Coils
 Copper coils are coil-form copper busbar and copper round rods, greatly
contributing to labor saving for continuous manufacturing. We precisely
satisfy customers' diverse needs in coil size, shape and others so that
our copper coils can fit snugly to the processing facilities of customers. |
Special-alloy Rotor Bars
 Special-alloy rotor bars are commutator for rotating machines made of copper and zinc alloy (65/35) and copper and silver alloys (Ag=0.08%, etc.). It is used for vehicle motors and industrial motors. |

High-quality Oxygen-free copper
High quality oxygen-free copper is products of electron tube oxygen-free
copper level containing 99.99% Cu and 5 ppm or less O2. The copper is primarily
used for magnetron, etc. We produce primarily straight angle, round and
deformed coils by integrated production from casting to products.
By melting copper using the upcasting system, theoxygen content 5 ppm or
less has been achieved. |

Ring/Plate
 There are rings and circular plates made from copper, brass, aluminum and
stainless steels. Rings are formed by seamless. Copper rings and naval
brass rings are used for automotive and industrial motor as critical parts.
Circular plates made from high phosphorous copper and naval brass are widely
used for anode of copper plating equpmentand aputtering argets needing
high quality specifications. |
Closed Die Forgings
 Various kinds of press machines are equipped including 630-t press machine. Precision forgings of various sizes from small forgings to large forgings are produced. NC lathe and machining center are also equipped to meet the machining after forging. |
